Since Craig is "supposed" to be staying off his leg, I went for walks around the Sparks marina which is a great walk and so beautiful.

We have friends at Chehalis TTN who agreed to help us out by keeping our leased site blown off so the leaves don't compost before we get home in May. So as we travel around, we are picking up wine for them. During the summer we shared some Malbec from the Truckee River Winery around the campfire and it was such a big hit, we made a drive there to get more.

We cleaned out all of our "doggie" cupboards and was lucky to be able to donate all of Lexie's supplies, to include her extensive medications to the SPCA in Reno. Another healing process for both of us but so glad they can be used by others.
Before leaving Sparks, we went to the Steakhouse at Western Village and had a great dinner. Craig told them we were celebrating my birthday (a month early), so they decorated the table and gave us free desert. We had fantastic dinners (lobster & prime rib) and of course we had coffee diablo to end a great evening.
From Sparks, we went down to Hawthorne for one night and drove to June Lake to eat at one of our favorite places, Carson Peak Inn.

From Hawthorne, we drove onto Armogosa Valley and stayed at Fort Armogosa Valley RV Park for one night, right off of 95, and from there we drove to Kingman, AZ for three nights, staying at a new park about 13 miles east of town - Blake Ranch RV park. In Kingman, we visited with my cousin Debbie and had lunch with her at a great little Mexican Restaurant called Oysters.
Since we took our time, it took us 13 nights but we finally arrived into Sun City on November 1. We will be in this area for 2 months.
