Mediterranean Cruise in May



We left on May 12 from Portland for our cruise, flying to Seattle, Amsterdam and then to Venice.  We boarded the Azamara Quest on the 13th, visiting Koper, Slovenia; Dubrovnik, Croatia; Kotor Montenegro; Amalfi Coast of Italy; Civitavecchia (Rome) Italy; Livorno, Italy for two days, Monte-Carlo, Monaco and then flew home from Nice through JFK to Portland on May 24.

Loved this small cruise line as we only had about 600 passengers on board.  Also loved that all the transfers were included and we didn't need to worry about transportation at all, or the tipping and fees. We took a shore excursion every day (except for the one day that we were at sea) which allowed us to take full advantage of the trip and see many sites.  There was so much to see, history to take in, that at many times it was very overwhelming.  We took over 700 pictures, so it has taken awhile to get them all sorted and remember where we were on each of the days.
